Shipping policy

    • Domestic: Managed by BlueDart – typically 5-10 business days depending on your location

    • International: 5-10 business days (shipping charges apply based on destination)

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships with BlueDart. BlueDart will also share delivery personnel contact details to your registered mobile before delivery attempt

  • Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Customs (International Orders): Customers are responsible for any customs or import charges.

  • Lost/Damaged Packages: Contact us within 48 hours at silarya.sale@gmail.com.  or WhatsApp +91 7283965535 with your order ID and unboxing video for quick resolution per our damage-only Returns Policy.
